Ranjit Bajaj is the visionary Director of Minerva Academy Football Club, a name synonymous with the rise of grassroots football in India. Under his dynamic leadership, Minerva Academy has transformed into one of the country’s most successful talent incubators, producing over 250 international players and earning accolades both nationally and globally. A passionate football enthusiast and trailblazer, Ranjit Bajaj is celebrated for his uncompromising commitment to excellence, discipline, and youth development. He played a pivotal role in steering Minerva Punjab FC (now RoundGlass Punjab FC) to I-League victory in 2017–18, making history as one of the youngest clubs to win the national title.
