Mr. Shivam Garg

Shivam Garg is a Partner at EduQuest and leads the organisation’s operational strategy and day-to-day execution. He plays a central role in translating EduQuest’s vision into structured and well-managed programmes. His passion, strength and mastery lie in the metamorphosis of concept into delivery. Shivam works closely with internal teams and partner institutions to ensure that each learning initiative is thoughtfully planned and efficiently implemented. His ability to build systems, workflows and operational frameworks allows EduQuest to scale its programmes with consistency and quality. Known for his practical mindset and as an immovable force of operational expertise, Shivam always remembers to add structure to ambition. Lastly, the trust and accountability he brings to EduQuest set the seal on the organisation’s offerings of purposeful experiential learning programmes that are brought to life with reliability, professionalism, honesty and an unparalleled attention to detail.

Mr. Almasto Kapoor

As a Partner at EduQuest, Mr. Almasto Kapoor brings long term vision, perspective and mentorship to the organisation. With deep roots in the international education space for the past 17 years, he plays a guiding role in shaping EduQuest’s philosophy, growth trajectory and values oriented approach to global learning. Almasto’s foremost contribution lies in helping define the bigger picture. This may range from identifying future opportunities in global education with university partners to mentoring the leadership team as the organisation evolves. Almasto’s distinct ability to step back, connect ideas and offer strategic nuance helps EduQuest curate learning experiences for students that truly add to their academic, personal and professional transformation.  Finally, Almasto offers a depth of insight into institutional partnerships, student mobility trends and contemporary global learning models through his expertise in the international tertiary education sector. Prerita Nandwani is the founder of Blingo and an aspiring linguist with advanced proficiency in Spanish (C1 level). With a strong passion for languages and cross-cultural communication, she brings both academic depth and real-world experience to her teaching approach.

A former professional at Zomato and a Young India Fellow (2018), Prerita combines corporate exposure with a learner-centric mindset, making language learning practical, engaging, and globally relevant. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to helping students build confidence, fluency, and cultural understanding through structured and immersive language education.

Through Blingo, she continues to inspire learners to explore languages as tools for global opportunities and personal growth.

Ranjit Bajaj

Ranjit Bajaj is the visionary Director of Minerva Academy Football Club, a name synonymous with the rise of grassroots football in India. Under his dynamic leadership, Minerva Academy has transformed into one of the country’s most successful talent incubators, producing over 250 international players and earning accolades both nationally and globally. A passionate football enthusiast and trailblazer, Ranjit Bajaj is celebrated for his uncompromising commitment to excellence, discipline, and youth development. He played a pivotal role in steering Minerva Punjab FC (now RoundGlass Punjab FC) to I-League victory in 2017–18, making history as one of the youngest clubs to win the national title. Beyond trophies and titles, his focus lies in building character, resilience, and leadership in every player who trains at Minerva. Through a holistic approach that combines rigorous training with military-style discipline, he ensures that each athlete emerges not just as a footballer, but as a role model. Ranjit’s relentless efforts have contributed significantly to India’s long-term footballing vision, including the goal of qualifying for the 2034 FIFA World Cup. He continues to lead with passion, vision, and a deep-rooted belief in the potential of Indian youth.
