Every program designed by EduQuest is designed to give students experiences that extend beyond traditional classroom learning. With this vision, we successfully executed our FLAME UNIVERSITY 360° Immersion Program.
It was a carefully curated residential learning experience that allowed school students to step into the life of a university student. We call it a 360° immersion, because students don’t simply visit a university campus—they get a holistic experience every dimension of university life. For several days, students became part of the FLAME University ecosystem. They attended university-style academic sessions led by experienced professors, stayed in student hostels, explored the campus, collaborated with peers, participated in sports, engaged with industry professionals, and discovered the culture and history of Pune through thoughtfully planned excursions. Our student cohorts gained practical exposure that helped them develop confidence, curiosity, and real-world perspectives.
Flame University is one of India’s leading Liberal Arts Universities.
Students could choose between two interdisciplinary pathways:
1. Behavioural Finance and Psychology-
This program taught students why individuals often make irrational decisions with money, how emotions impact investment decisions, and personal biases impact their financial choices.
2. Design Thinking and Psychology-
This program covered how Design Thinking is actually used in identifying problems and generating creative ideas. It requires sitting and brainstorming with uncertainty, not resolving the issues quickly.
Attending lectures at this top ranked university campus, living in their hostels, and experiencing life gave our students a feeling of actually being a University student.
Why Does It Matter?
Academic learning was only one part of the journey. Students stayed in university hostels, interacted with fellow participants throughout the day, explored campus spaces, shared meals, and experienced the rhythm of student life. Choosing a university is one of the most crucial decisions a student will make, yet many students make this choice based solely on rankings. EduQuest’s 360° Immersion Programs are designed to replace uncertainty with experience.
By living on campus, learning from university faculty, engaging with industry professionals and experiencing student life firsthand, participants gain the confidence and clarity needed to make informed academic and career decisions.
