EduQuest by Silver Fern Education Consultants is essentially a service provider that curates experiential learning avenues for high school students. These avenues include international education tours, short courses, educational programs and webinars in collaboration with top universities of the world.

Hence, the question of shipping and delivery is not applicable to any offerings made by EduQuest. Shipping and Delivery are applicable we e-commerce websites and EduQuest is not fundamentally a e-commerce business.

Cancellation & Refund 

In most instances, EduQuest by Silver Fern Education Consultants will comply with a strict cancellation and refund policy. Cancellation and Refund terms however, may be variable in some cases subject to the nature of the educational program/tour based on the intricate details and processes. 

While refund provisions will not be applicable in most cases, some exceptions can be made on a case to case basis. To substantiate, for reasons genuine and justifiable, we will refund the amount paid after deducting our administrative charges. It may take 30 business days for refunds to be initiated.
