From the 28th of June to the 5th of July, EduQuest’s Immersion Tour to the United Kingdom invites students to live and experience the very heart of British academia and culture. The tour is hosted at the University of Hertfordshire and its highlights include campus living packed with a roster of world class experiences around various spots around Hatfield, London and more. Every 12 students will be accompanied by a chaperon and our aim will be to ensure that each participant is well supported, safe and thrives in a tight knit community throughout the tour.
Why Does It Matter?
The planned itinerary is filled with meaningful yet high impact activities designed after careful consideration with our institute partners. The tour will kick off with a warm welcome and fun introductions connecting our cohort with UK students. As the week progresses, every day will bring something new. Some examples include proactive academic sessions in entrepreneurship, leadership and global issues which are paired with applicable learning activities and lively group discussions. Students will sharpen negotiation, public speaking, and debating skills, all the while taking on creative challenges like designing and selling products and crafting marketing campaigns judged by expert panels. The singular aim will be to impart onto students the skills and virtues needed to thrive in a competitive environment.
We’re proud to present that the peak highlight of the tour will be a one of its kind masterclass at Imperial College London which was specially designed for EduQuest’s tour. Students will also have the opportunity to visit the London School of Economics and go aboard a memorable river cruise through the heart of London. There will be a host of daily evening events from movie nights, karaoke and talent shows to build camaraderie and a grand graduation ceremony to cement friendships for a lifetime. From a purely academic perspective, we have also organised special workshops on Artificial Intelligence, entrepreneurship leadership and global issues.
The UK Immersion Tour 2026 will be an experience that inspires students to see what’s truly possible within an entirely new education system while making new friendships and receiving exposure to novel ideas. EduQuest will support them to gain confidence to perform on a global stage – an aspiration which many students harbour.
