EduQuest acknowledges your acceptance of these terms and conditions and expects you to comply with them at all times. 

By engaging with the website, filling out any forms on the website, raising queries about our educational programs or trips, reaching out to us or registering for updates from our end, you voluntarily agree to these well established terms and conditions. 

1. I understand that services offered by EduQuest in the form of international educational trips, educational programs, webinars or events are paid unless stated otherwise. 
2. By showing interest in any products or services of EduQuest, I authorize EduQuest to reach out to me through my contract information. 
3. I ensure that all details that I provide to EduQuest to enquire about any services or products for myself or on behalf of my ward are correct to the best of my knowledge. 
4. I understand that EduQuest by Silver Fern Education Consultants holds the discretion to price its products and services. Products and services here refer to any educational programs, trips, webinars or other student bootcamps/activities organized by EduQuest. 
5. I understand that EduQuest reserves the right to reject a ward for any of its services or products due to any disparities in compliance, documentation, improper discipline or any other justifiable reason. 
6. I understand that international educational tours will involve visa processes and immigration compliance. I agree to provide any supporting documentation, financial details or any other prerequisites needed for visa applications and I won’t deny the same. 
7. EduQuest holds no responsibility for visa rejections from the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. 
8. EduQuest would not be liable to any financial compensation, penalties or legal proceedings in case a ward causes any inconvenience, breaches the law of the land or engages in any inappropriate/unlawful activity in their personal capacity during any activity, educational trip or bootcamp organized by EduQuest. 
9. I completely understand that I (or my ward) will be completely responsible for any actions in violation of the code of conduct established before every bootcamp, event or educational tour. 
10. EduQuest is not responsible for any personal belongings or gadgets that a ward loses or damages during any of the activities, programs our tours by EduQuest. 
11. Enrolment to any event or educational tour by EduQuest is non transferable under any circumstances and EduQuest reserves the right to cancel a paid enrolment subject to a justifiable reason.
